We ship worldwide. Delivery times depend on your location. 

Estimated delivery times:

• Europe: 2–10 business days
• United States & Canada: 3–8 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 4–10 business days
• Rest of the world: 5–10 business days

The estimated delivery times include production, order processing, fulfillment, and shipping

When your order is ready to ship you will get a tracking number link to your email.

Cancellations are submitted within 24 hours after you place your order. 

Return, refund and exchange policy

Each order is specially made on demand, we do not accept returns and exchange items. Only under these circumstances we offer a 14 day return and refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your items to request a return and refund:

1. You received the wrong item (Please contact us immediately within 72 hours).
2. The product you received is damaged (Please contact us immediately within 72 hours).
3. Your order is already in fulfillment and is not delivered, but you would like to cancel your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unused in original condition.
